Six stops. Fourteen tastes and drinks. One neighborhood that holds the flavors of all of Mexico. Roma Norte is where Mexico City's early-1900s mansions meet its most exciting kitchens. Walk it with a Sabores México guide and travel the country bite by bite. Start at a classic neighborhood taquería with a traditional flavor you will only taste here. Then comes a juicy birria taco with a cold beer, and mole rojo with pork plus a chochoyote taco, paired with a mezcal cocktail. Next, Oaxaca flavours meets Mexico City in a unique tasting. We close with Mexican specialty coffee and one last mezcal cocktail. There's also a sweet surprise we won't spoil here. Between bites, your guide tells the story of Roma's architecture, its comeback after the 1985 earthquake, and the people who made it the city's most delicious neighborhood. Groups are capped at 10. Come hungry: this is a full meal and then some. Since 2012, more than 50,000 guests have tasted Mexico with us.
